By using FundingBD you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older and complete identity verification before messaging another user or sending an investment offer.

FundingBD is a discovery and introduction service only. We do not process, hold, or guarantee any investment money. All investment decisions and money transfers happen directly between investors and founders, off-platform, entirely at their own discretion and risk. The only payment FundingBD itself ever takes is a fee for its own consultant services, which is never investment capital and is always kept separate.

Founders must provide accurate information. Investing in early-stage projects carries real risk, including total loss of capital. Figures like funding goals and raised amounts are self-reported by founders and investors and are not independently verified by FundingBD.
