We collect account details, KYC documents, project information, and transaction records to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, and comply with Bangladesh regulations.

Identity checks are carried out with our verification provider, Didit. When you verify your identity, the photographs of your NID or passport and a short face scan are processed by Didit to confirm the document is genuine, that you are present, and that your face matches the document. Copies are kept on our own servers for our compliance team to review.

Founders and investors interact through anonymous IDs; messages are encrypted and personal contact details are masked. Your real identity is accessible only to our compliance team. We do not sell your personal data.
