Digital Proposal
Once terms are agreed upon, either party can generate a Digital Proposal. Both parties sign it electronically on the platform.
Admin Review
FundingBD admins review the signed agreement to ensure it meets our Halal and fair-trade guidelines.
The Unlock
Once approved, the "lock" is removed. Real names, phone numbers, and integrated Zoom call links are instantly unlocked for both parties.
Direct Transfer & Proof
The investor sends money directly to the founder. Both parties upload bank transfer screenshots. The campaign is updated with a "Verified Raised" badge.
